Return & After-Sales Policy

At Elevation Craft, we strive to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the ordering process. Please review the following return and after-sales policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be in new, unused condition
  • Products must not be installed, mounted, or permanently fixed
  • All components, accessories, and packaging must be complete
  • Items must show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Returns for Assembled but Undamaged Products

For products that have been assembled but remain undamaged and unused, the following restocking fees apply:

  • Within 7 days of delivery: 25% restocking fee
  • 7 to 30 days of delivery: 50% restocking fee
  • Over 30 days from delivery: Returns are not accepted

Returns for Flat-Pack Products

Unopened and unused only

Flat-pack products that remain unopened and unused are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of delivery: Free returns
  • 7 to 30 days of delivery: 10% restocking fee
  • 31 to 60 days of delivery: 25% restocking fee
  • 60 to 90 days of delivery: 50% restocking fee
  • Over 90 days from delivery: Returns are not accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or mounted
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or user error
  • Items with missing components, accessories, or packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Custom Orders Policy

Please note the following conditions apply to all custom orders:

  • Custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Full payment is required prior to production
  • All custom orders must be confirmed in writing, including dimensions, finishes, colors, and configurations
  • Elevation Craft is not responsible for discrepancies resulting from client-approved specifications or confirmation errors

Additional Information

  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable time frame from the date of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
  • Approved refunds will be issued after inspection and approval of returned items
